The wet soil screener is universal for both dry and wet soil. It can handle clayey soil, clay, and humus soil with high moisture content. It can screen normally even on wet soil from rainy construction sites or farmland, offering a wider range of applications.

2. Different Structures and Operational Effects

The rotary soil crusher/screener has a simple structure, is affordable, and easy to maintain, but its screen has no anti-sticking treatment, making it prone to clogging with wet soil.

The wet soil screener uses a roller-type design, where wet soil does not stick to the screen and clogging is unlikely. Its efficiency is stable, and the long-term comprehensive cost is lower.

When choosing a Hengrui screener, the key factors are material moisture content and the construction scenario. For dry soil areas in the north, the rotary soil crusher/screener is a good choice. For complex working conditions with significant wet soil, such as during the rainy season in the south, the wet soil screener is preferred, as one unit can cover multiple scenarios.
