The clutch plate in the reversing gearbox, like the common clutch plate, wears for a period of time, and after the wear, the clutch combination is not enough, and it is easy to slip and burn off the clutch plate.

The method of adjusting the clutch plate:

1. Two people should be selected. One person goes to the soil sowing machine to open the observation window on the tank body. The gear position is in the neutral position, step on the stirring blade inside to make it rotate, and the other person turns on the sprayer to change the cover on the transmission. Hand light observes the internal condition of the reversing gearbox, and there is an adjustment thread ring on the two sides of the fork above the middle axle;

2. When adjusting the forward gear clutch plate, toggle the operating lever in the reverse direction so that the adjustment ring is fully exposed. Then rotate the agitator shaft and turn the limit pin in the adjustment ring groove of the clutch plate into the operable range. Use a special long-handled screwdriver to press down the limit pin, rotate it 90 degrees to the left or right so that it is stuck under the adjustment ring; use an extended screwdriver to place the adjustment ring in the limit slot, and turn the adjustment ring backwards. Toggle a small grid, then, operate the lever to see if it can be properly blocked. If it cannot be properly blocked, continue to move a small grid until it can be properly engaged. Finally, the limit pin is rotated by 90 degrees to make it Bounce up and get stuck in the slot.

3. When adjusting the reverse gear clutch, turn the operating lever to the forward rotation direction to fully expose the adjustment ring. Then rotate the agitator shaft to turn the limit pin in the adjustment ring groove of the clutch ring into the operable range. Use a special long-handled screwdriver to press down the limit pin and rotate it to the left or right within 90 degrees; use a special long handle screwdriver to press down the limit pin and rotate it 90 degrees to the left or right to make it snap. Underneath the adjustment ring; use an extended screwdriver to place the adjustment ring in the limit slot, move the adjustment ring forward one small cell, then, operate the lever to see if there is a clear position, if excessive adjustment occurs, If you can't hang into the block, you should adjust it in the opposite direction until you can hang up the file and have a clear sense of position.

4. Finally, cover the lid and tighten it.

If the limit pin comes out, you need to change the sprayer to the gearbox, disassemble the adjustment ring, install a new limit pin, and then assemble the reversing gearbox according to the disassembly procedure, and adjust the clutch plate according to the above steps. .
