Thorough slope pretreatment and reinforcement are completed in the early construction stage to lay a solid foundation for hydroseeding operations. First, clear loose rocks, debris, and unstable rock masses from the slope, and level uneven surfaces. Meanwhile, inspect and optimize the top drainage system to avoid rainwater erosion damaging the hydroseeding substrate, securing the stability of the hydroseeding layer from the source. Subsequently, perform rock bolt drilling, grouting, and anchoring. Conduct precise positioning drilling and standardized grouting and anchoring, paired with wire mesh laying and fixing. Ensure compliant mesh overlapping and tight binding to form a stable base layer, enhancing the slope’s resistance to erosion and collapse.
After mesh installation on the slope, lay a fiber skeleton layer tailored to working conditions to boost substrate adhesion and effectively prevent substrate sliding and loss. Core construction stages adopt Hengrui hydroseeders for nutrient substrate mixing and layered hydroseeding. The equipment enables fully automatic and uniform mixing of materials including substrate, fertilizer, grass seeds, and water retention agents. High-pressure hydroseeding ensures materials adhere closely to the slope. Strictly implement a 3–5 layer hydroseeding process: a 2–3 cm seedless nutrient base layer at the bottom, a 3–4 cm composite base layer in the middle, and a 1 cm seed-containing planting layer on the surface. Standardize seeding density at 20–41 g/㎡, with multi-angle hydroseeding covering slope dead zones, achieving 80%–90% substrate coverage density and uniform greening across the slope.
Post-hydroseeding, protective covering and refined maintenance are carried out. Lay non-woven fabric and sunshade nets for thermal insulation, moisture retention, and anti-erosion protection, creating a stable growth environment for seed germination. Systematically conduct water retention, fertilization, pest and disease control, and vegetation growth monitoring in the later stage.
