Here are some questions we met in our daily work,for those who want to know about hydroseeding machine to refer.

1. Mechanical and hydraulic machine`s features or advantage and disadvantage,accessories easy to wear,service life:

Mechanical agitation use chains to agitate with gearbox,advantage is easy for workers to know about,and know how to fix,disadvantage is machine shakes a lot,also have more small problem.

Hydraulic agitation agitate with hydraulic motor to drive hydraulic pump,it is more stable and easy to replace the accessories,main parts are:oil pump,motor,reversing valve,disadvantage is it need more technology to fix.

Two agitation ways both have been widely used,it depends on which you like.

2. When hydroseeding machine is spraying,how much is the recoil?It needs to be mounted on which kind of truck?

It need to be mounted on a truck deadweight is over 15 tons more than 6.5m long

3. Have any requirement about the material shape or size?Long fiber like straw can be agitated straightly?

Soil need to be screened,2cm hole sieve,fiber length should be around 2cm

4. Any demand about the distance from nozzle to slope?

No any demand,machine mounted on the truck,keep some distance from slope adjust the spray distance by throttle
